How at-home grooming works
We come to you and care for your dog in its own surroundings. In three steps, it looks like this.

You book an appointment
Via WhatsApp, by phone or with the form on the contact page. Tell us a little about your dog: breed, coat type and what matters to you. All appointments run through Juul.
We come to you
At the agreed time we arrive with all the grooming tools, the care products and the grooming arm. You only provide a table and a place to wash.
The groom, at your home
Your dog is washed, dried and groomed in its own surroundings, at its own pace. You are welcome to stay with us throughout.

We clamp the grooming arm to your table. Your dog stands underneath it with a loop for support, and afterwards the clamp comes off again without leaving a mark.
What we need from you
To groom your dog properly we only need two things from you: a table for the groom and a place to wash. That can be the sink if your dog fits, the shower, or the bath.

A table your dog fits on
Your own kitchen table is fine, as long as your dog stands comfortably on it with all four paws and is allowed on it. We put a non-slip mat down first.

A place to wash
The sink if your dog fits, the shower or the bath. Warm running water and a power socket nearby are enough.

We bring everything else
Clippers, scissors, brushes, dryer, care products and the grooming arm. We do not bring a grooming table or a bath.

What do I need at home for the grooming session?
Two things: a table your dog fits on and is allowed to stand on (your kitchen table is fine) and a place to wash: the sink if your dog fits, the shower or the bath. We bring all the grooming tools, the care products and the grooming arm; we do not bring a grooming table or a bath.
What exactly is the grooming arm?
An adjustable arm that we temporarily clamp to the edge of your table. A soft loop hangs from it to support your dog and help it stand calmly. The clamp comes off afterwards and leaves no marks.
My dog finds grooming stressful. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We are here for the dogs that find it stressful too. We take all the time needed to put your dog at ease. If that means finishing the groom less neatly while your dog stays comfortable, that is always the choice we make. We discuss with you what is possible and what is genuinely necessary.
